On our way home from the airport and stopped by this 5☆rated tea shop to check out their brew and location. Convenient parking and the place itself was spotless. Lovely decorating with Studio Ghibli art and figurines everywhere. Digging all the figurines of No Face (from Spirited Away). Somewhat limited seating (4 coffee tables and a small lounge area), so thankfully, we were there during the lunchtime lull. Angelica, the barista, warmly greeted us and answered all of our questions. My husband ordered jasmine tea, and I ordered a matcha latte with whole milk + boba. Both orders were perfect. Tea was strong (the way we like it) and tasted clean. My matcha was just sweet enough, and the boba was made well. Definitely 5-star tea and 10-star service. We'll be back and keeping this place on our favorites list✨️ Thanks for an excellent 1st visit!!

I had a great experience at New Leaf Tea House. The service was fast and efficient, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is cool and laid back, a solid spot to hang out or grab a drink without it feeling crowded or rushed. Prices are fair for the quality. The boba is seriously good. Fresh, perfectly chewy, and easily some of the best I have had. A huge bonus was that every table had outlets with built in USB ports, such a smart and thoughtful touch, especially if you want to relax, work, or charge your devices while you are there. Definitely will be coming back!

We stopped by for a quick snack this weekend with my family. I've never had boba tea before, but New Leaf has sold me on it. The locale was very clean and had a relaxing ambiance. There are plenty of great choices on the menu, we ordered two fruit teas and one of their unique lemonade drinks. Also, some taiyaki snacks. Everything was fantastic and really satisfied everybody. The staff was extremely kind and helpful in explaining the menu. We enjoyed our drinks and snacks while playing some board games they have available. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for some tasty drinks, love boba in general, or just want somewhere chill to go.

Fantastic spot! Very nice vibe and welcoming atmosphere with fantastic tea and sweet snack options. The Cashier was super helpful with my 1st visit and walked me through all the options available. I tried the seasonal pumpkin spice milk tea with boba and 10/10🎃 Will for sure be back!

The best boba shop in central Florida. Home made boba and cookies. The tea itself is always fresh and the owners are awesome. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Tried the taro tea from New Leaf Tea House and it was seriously so good. The flavor was rich and creamy without being overly sweet. Overall, really solid drink and great customer service. Definitely something I’d order again! If you’re into taro, this one’s worth trying.

This is the third shop I’ve tried a matcha latte at, and this one is easily the best! I got the strawberry matcha iced latte with oat milk and it is so smooth and refreshing. The fresh flavor of the strawberry puree compliments the matcha so well and the whole thing is just delicious! So glad this shop is close by, can’t wait to try more of their teas!

I came here for the first time because of their $2 anniversary special on select items. I tried the Jasmine milk tea and the oreo croffle (both pictured). The croffle was easily one of the most tastiest desserts I have ever eaten. For those who do not know what a croffle is, to me, it tasted like a waffle wrapped in powdered sugar (or maybe it was brown sugar) and the topping changes based on the croffle you get, but my oreo croffle had a light vanilla frosting with oreo pieces. There is no filling inside of a croffle (which I prefer). Atmosphere: 5 stars (clean, serene, and calming) Staff's Personality/Eagerness to Answer Questions: 5 stars (very kind) Croffle: 1,000 stars Note: As with most locations serving milk teas, the boba is extra.

This is my favorite boba shop. Every time, I order the jasmine milk tea with homemade boba. All of my interactions the staff have been positive. They all seem laid-back and kind.
